Hermann's too smart, and he's smart in that off-putting way. I don't think he's very socially adept, so that's a plus, buuuuut he's really closed off, too! I think he'd be an excellent ally but not until really gaining his trust, and that might take awhile. I think Monika and I relate to one another, so that will probably work in my favor but I don't know if she strikes me as the kind of person who's good at keeping secrets.

[She does very little that doesn't involve lying so she's just calling it like she's seeing it.]

Do your best with Hermann, but don't worry too much about Monika. If you decide not to, it seems like Jacopo is locking her down.

So far, I've only offered to be Caren's ally. I don't think she trusts me, but at the same time, it's a good lead to start building to. There are a few more people I'm interested in, but it depends on how we decide to go about taking the Players out, you know? For example, do we want to start with the people we think are most likely to kill on their own so that we don't risk us or our partners getting taken by them, or should we maybe try to go after people less likely to do it so that we can rely on those people to help us thin the Players out?

I think Maya and Utena would have both been really fun allies to rely on, so it's definitely a shame to lose them like this.

I'm going to miss Maya, too. She was really nice. I liked having her as a friend and I wanted to play with her even more!

Both strategies have merit, huh? If we get the violent or ambitious ones on our side, they might do most of the work for us! Buuuut...the ones who get really super duper concerned about justice and retribution and all that might be good to get rid of, too!

I'm currently working on Eleanor — as ridiculous as the entire situation may have been, it seems to have won me a few, ah, purity points.

Magnus will be a thorn in our side. As will Assassin.

What's your issue with Assassin? Magnus, I don't think I'm really the type that will appeal to him. Alex seems like she can take that avenue for us.

His behavior doesn't align. He contradicts himself constantly — parading that righteous, seemingly compassionate rogue attitude of his...

And yet I can tell that he would do away with any of us in a heartbeat.

He definitely has a certain kind of mercurial attitude. [it's funny?] In that case, is he someone you're hoping to kill early?

Every avenue in will be appreciated. On top of that, the more groundwork we do here, the better we can protect ourselves from unruly Players going forward.

Weeellll, I think, since I love making friends so much, I'd be happiest doing whatever plan means we can be the friends with the most people the longest! So, I think we'd have to figure out how many players we'd think belong in either category, first, and then choose the one with the better pool!
