Week 5, Thursday - Ice Cream Party!

[Who knows when they're going to have an ice cream Parlor and a working McFlurry machine in the same week ever again. Since...their numbers are going to be slimmer in the morning, Mary devised a plan! Everyone currently still playing in the Reaper Game will at some point within the earlier half of the day find themselves given a hand-drawn invitation to come have fun in Mint to Be before curfew. Even Max gets an invite, somehow! She'll make it happen.

Everything is basically normal here, except that she has spread glitter on the tables for dramatic effect (yes she's been holding onto this all month) and has posted a hand drawn sign that proudly proclaims PARTY HERE!!! So come get ice cream, share, have fun! Let's celebrate the magic of friendship and probably cry!]

[But she gets a spoon and goes in for a taste. It's...tasty?! But all ice cream is tasty by nature, probably. Still, she squeals happily when it hits her tongue. A happy Mary!]

[Seizaburo starts to pass the rest of the bowl over to Mary. If she likes it so much, she can keep this one! ...only, with Mary occupied with getting the bit from the spoon into her mouth, the timing is probably bad.

Uh, sorry about the ice cream all over your dress.]

—oh no! Mary-chan, I'm sorry, I'll clean that up right now! And I'll get you a new one!

[HURRYING OFF TO DO JUST THAT where are the paper towels]

[Mary's so startled by what happens that she doesn't even think to move as the ice cream slides and smears down her shirt front.]

Oh no! Oh no!

[The way she says it, it's almost like she's just echoing Sei. Her hands come up to wipe it off of herself, but she just makes a bigger mess.]

It's cold and sticky! Ooooh, my dress!

[well, seizaburo sure feels guilty. rushing back with some stuff to try and clean mary's dress... but there's no getting rid of that stain, that much is obvious.

...oops, better clean up Mary's hands too]

I'm so sorry, Mary-chan... and this was a really nice dress, too...

It's okay...it fell out of the sky, so I didn't pay any money for it.

[That would've been the real bummer.]
